A trio of young entrepreneurs formed a partnership and are buying and rehabbing homes in the Greater Boston area. The Globe used a home in Winchester they plan to flip as an example of what is involved in flipping a house. The goal is take an older home in a desirable neighborhood and add the amenities todays buyers’ want – more square footage, open-area kitchen and great room along with an enhanced outdoor entertainment area.

According to the partners, the secret to flipping a home successfully is a deep understanding of the real estate market and to contain costs without compromising quality. The firm prides itself in the level of personal attention it offers its clients and worked closely with the seller to help him relocate and move.
